The Director, CMAP-as-a-Service is responsible for leadership of the CMAP-as-a-Service program within the Transformation COE. The incumbent in this role works in close collaboration with executive leadership and various COE groups to ensure successful launch, execution, and performance optimization to increase profitability for all centers across the enterprise. They are accountable for the overall program's success and have direct oversight for the program management, analytics, and on-site training while driving strategic projects and business development initiatives for the organization. This role formulates and administers organizational policies; and develops and implements operational strategies to optimize performance. S/he guides all territories in executing all support activities.ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leads a team to drive overall performance of CMAP-as-a-Service across the organization by integrating Lean Six Sigma principles, process re-engineering tools, and human factors concepts into the organization.
  • Partners with various COE groups such as Training, Data Analytics, Call Center, Patient Experience, Human Resources to solve for hardwiring the capability and program across the organization.
  • In partnership with the VP, Transformation, works with the field organization at all levels to ensure that enterprise strategies are met, including but not limited to quality, productivity, timeliness, and effectiveness targets.
  • Builds out program policies, procedures, identifying evidence-based driven best practices in improving the effectiveness of the program.
  • Leads a team including functions of program management, monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing system performance, onboarding and on-site training delivery
  • Assures that the Transformation COE is a trusted resource for divisional, regional, or center support to achieve the company's vision and mission.
  • Hires, coaches, and develops a team to meet organizational needs with an eye on scale. Grows the team to match the needs of the business.
  • Oversees team including recruitment, disciplinary and termination processes.
  • Leads and implements all company protocols regarding overall service experience and takes immediate action to implement change, as necessary.
  • Participates in building strong cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders, leadership teams and internal departments to carry out key projects. Works collaboratively to drive successful completion of tactical and strategic initiatives.
  • Executes key initiatives to ensure customer, provider and regulatory expectations are exceeded.
  • Develops, implements, and manages the adoption of controls that allow the organization to quickly identify trends and potential issues and address in a timely manner.
  • Performs analysis of strategic and tactical opportunities and makes recommendations to VP leadership on key strategic and tactical decisions.
  • Evaluates and interprets market utilization data ensuring priorities are identified for physician and patient populations.
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with external affiliates and business partners.
  • Compiles department's budget; monitors expenses; analyzes and takes actions on variances.
  • Performs other duties as assigned and modified at manager's discretion.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability and willingness to travel locally, regionally, and nationwide up to 50% of the time (primarily to Miami, FL if not local to area - this role requires a strong presence in Home Office)
  • Spoken and written fluency in English
  • This job requires use and exercise of independent judgement

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE CRITERIA:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or health administration, business economics or a closely related field OR additional experience above the minimum will be considered in lieu of the required education on a year-for-year basis required; master's degree preferred
  • A minimum of ten (10) years' healthcare administration, budget management, finance or closely related industry work experience required
  • Experience growing sales and improving operational efficiency
  • A minimum of five (5) years' direct management/leadership experience within a customer/client service environment required
  • Internal experience as a Center Executive Director helpful
  • Experience managing a diverse group of functional area professionals strongly preferred
