The Director, Client Excellence & Delivery supports the Vice President of Strategic Accounts and is a Client Facing SME in areas of PBM operations and contracting methods. This position will oversee internal technical support and execution of client’s pharmacy benefit related activities for the Truveris Direct to Employer segment. The Director will also play a key role with Direct to Employer sales growth. He/She will lead efforts and support clients through various client engagements. The ideal candidate will have significant experience with Direct to Employer, Labor, and Public Sector clients. Demonstrated sales growth and success in either a direct sales role or in a client-facing role that has supported business development efforts is desired.

  • A SME in the area of pharmacy insurance claims; able to proactively identify areas of inefficiencies within the data

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Provide thoughtful advice and detailed explanations for both internal and external partners in the following areas pertaining to the client’s pharmacy benefits:
  • Client contracts with PBM and considerations for client improvements

    Market trends and forward-thinking preparation recommendations

    Client concerns, questions, and assistance

    Internal capabilities and direction

  • Ensure a positive experience for clients and advocate internally for situations and considerations that would improve the overall client experience with Truveris
  • Actively seek an understanding of each client’s pharmacy needs/interests and current PBM contracting obligations. Identify areas of potential improvement for the benefit of the client. Work with marketplace teams and other internal stakeholders to qualify and quantify these potential areas of inefficiency and develop presentation materials of these findings for clients as part of a pre-sales effort
  • Design and deliver client presentations and presentations during conference engagements and individual client meetings
  • Provide insight and guidance on PBM trends and consultant/broker engagements with Truveris
  • Oversee the creation of certain technical activities and marketing pieces. This will require the candidate to work with marketing, legal and other stakeholders to develop and execute technical client-facing tactics such as webinars, meeting/summit/conference preparation, marketing campaign components, client-facing POVs, client support models, internal operations processes
  • Assist business development efforts to help close sales deals and make market and individual organization recommendations to find other opportunities
  • Travel as needed to various client meetings and conferences
  • Proactively identify areas of improvement and highlight these opportunities to leadership

MUST HAVE’S:

  • Persuasive verbal and written communication and presentation skills with a proven track record of exceeding expectations
  • Demonstrated technical expertise in the PBM market
  • A history of strong sales results either as an individual contributor or as a pre-sales supporter in a similar field
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office, Salesforce, Tableau, and other enterprise technologies
  • Ability to identify current and future market trends and innovatively position yourself and the organization for future advancements and conditions
  • Bachelor’s in a related discipline 

NICE TO HAVE’S:

  • A PharmD, RPH, or other pharmacy degree
