Are you looking for a Director level high-impact role? The Client Success Director is a highly collaborative professional experienced in business partnerships and strategic alliances. Ability to own, assist in the design, and implementation of workflow processes for several of GRAIL’s key strategic partnerships, primarily its new relationship with a national tech-enabled primary care company with multiple avenues for growth.


Responsibility for growing the relationship and expanding GRAIL’s impact across the organization. The individual in this role will bring an ambitious spirit and a consistent track record of project management, business development and will play a critical role in bringing GRAIL’s vision to life. The Director will be a self-motivated healthcare executive with a keen sense of GRAIL’s value proposition that can grow the business while effectively navigating the complexities of the market.




You will:

  • Lead all aspects of GRAIL’s strategic relationship with a national, tech-enabled, primary care company.
  • Develop, negotiate and implement joint initiatives to launch new and improve existing products and services with that partner and their associated entities.
  • Facilitate the ongoing development of GRAIL’s partnership strategy & lead the overall program with broad cross-functional partnership while successfully connecting with internal partners, customer sales team, operations, legal, marketing, business development, and implementation.
  • Facilitate the delivery of effective materials, opportunities for growth, data sets that drive compelling areas of opportunity for customer satisfaction, and to ensure appropriate relationships are cultivated for growth, risk mitigation and timely resolution.
  • Oversee executive sponsorship, scorecards, roles and responsibilities, with GRAIL’s operational team that will highlight the health of operational delivery or risks that need executive oversight and resolution; prepare quarterly partner updates for senior leadership both within GRAIL and the partner organization.
  • Act as Joint Steering Committee(JSC) member or support other Executives as JSC member, as advised.

Your background should include

  • At least 10 years of related experience; Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Commercial and business development healthcare leadership and validated experience with partner management.
  • Experience working with executives and constituencies.
  • Ability to have a strong executive presence and comfortable interfacing within the “C-suite.”

  • Other desired capabilities/experiences include:

  • Validated experience at a PR agency or in-house at a healthcare or biotechnology company preferred
  • Project management experience: ability to multi-task and prioritize to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
