Director, Capture Operations - Remote Opportunity!
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 15 years of demonstrated leadership; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 13 years of demonstrated leadership.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

- Innovating with manned and unmanned platform customers from OEMs and Federal Government Departments.
What you bring to our team:
- A proven track record of successful capture management across multiple DoD or FedCiv organizations at a variety of acquisition sizes and types
- Experience Capturing deals requiring development of a solution and or an approach
- Deep understanding of pricing, baseline pricing strategies, and the evolution of pricing strategies into business strategies that are competitive and compelling for the customer
- Ability to rapidly grasp advanced technologies particularly as they apply to undersea platforms, manned and unmanned
- Experience keeping execution teams on-track and focused on end-user operational needs
- Track record of successful linking of customers and engineering teams.
- Experience with forecasting and executing within allocated budgets
What You'll Get To Do:
- Mentor assigned Capture professionals and their teams. Supporting the Business Area Business Development Directors prioritized pursuits, you and your teams will partner across the enterprise with our Business Group Leaders, Business Development Managers, Proposal teams, Senior Solution Architects, Pricing Strategists and Customer Facing BD professionals.
- As needed, lead major capture efforts (especially those of significant corporate or strategic priority)
- Ensure your capture leads are ensuring development of solutions that offer competitive distinction and readily executable approaches
- As a visible strategic leader in the organization, you will train and coach Capture Leaders who will lead Capture efforts from strategy through execution

USD $161,838.00/Yr.
Maximum Salary
USD $275,562.00/Yr.
