Here are some highlights of what you’ll be doing…

  • Partner with Seer’s Executive team to translate strategy into actionable performance goals and metrics for measurement. 
  • Centralize key agency operations and define standard operating procedures (SOPs) across the organization, including cross-function approaches, workflows, and processes
  • Identify issues, develop hypotheses, and execute in-depth analyses translating data into meaningful insights to form recommendations to Leadership
  • Partner closely with resource management team, driving seamless process and communication across business stakeholders to ensure teams are properly staffed and run effectively
  • Identify opportunities to leverage data from our supporting SaaS platforms and Data Warehouse to help executives make better decisions in running their Divisions
  • Collaborate with extended leadership and project management to ensure efficient and effective processes are implemented across all accounts
  • Manage a team of Project Managers supporting divisional processes and efficiency
  • Ensure effective and clear communication between Operations, Finance, People Ops, Business Development, and divisional leads
  • Implement tools, systems and processes that evolve how we work; this includes a Knowledge Management System (KMS), communication tools, divisional tools/tech, and more
  • Transform organization-wide communication practices to best serve a rapidly growing and evenly-distributed hybrid team

The skills you’ll bring to the table…

  • You’ve built an Operations practice and/or have served on a highly autonomous, small team within a rapidly growing organization or agency
  • You are a process person. You’ve built and implemented processes and have been adaptable along the way to ensure success
  • You partner closely with the Executive team in guiding Operations for the organization, while managing a team of at least 3+ direct reports
  • You have deep experience building and reengineering internal process flows to make them better, more efficient, and more effective
  • You love a fast-paced, dynamic organization. You have experience in the advertising agency space and/or a service-driven organization
  • You’ve used and/or built data visualization tools built on top of internal operations data to gain insight into how an organization can most efficiently fulfill its mission
  • Hybrid work is your sweet spot. You love building processes and SOPs to support teams spanning a breadth of timezones, working both in-office and remote
