onsemi is seeking a Director of Employee Engagement that will be an integral member of the HR Team reporting to the Senior Director of People, Culture and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (PCDEI). In the role, You will build programs and own strategies that promote our people first Culture and Values, including Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI). As a eader, you will work towards total cultural brand alignment, be responsible for employee engagement feedback, be attune to the employee voice and have an eye towards improving business outcomes across our company . Are you a motivated self-starter with the ability to multitask in a rapidly changing, high-growth environment? Ultimately, you will lead onsemi in building a high-ROI employee experience (EX) that builds and environment that provides a great place to work.
What You will do in this Role:
  • Develop and oversee employee engagement roadmap and strategy
  • Lead employee engagement survey results debriefs, action planning, and tracking process monthly with business leaders
  • Collaborate with HR team to evaluate onboarding, pulse, exit interview survey data and focus group feedback
  • Research and recommend approaches to surveying employees and take action on topics, frequency, ownership, communication etc.
  • Partner with corporate marketing team on communication strategy, including quarterly all hands meetings and periodic updates on engagement activities
  • Utilize internal and external technology tools for employee engagement data collection
  • Manage and move forward projects and goals that derive from working in partnership on DEI strategy and accelerate our progress towards related goals
  • Develop interventions aimed at addressing engagement/culture "hot spots"
  • Monitor development training for engagement/culture opportunities

  • Degree - BS degree in HR Management or equivalent, Master Science in Organization Development, Industry psychology or Organization Leadership or similar fields, is a plus.
  • Background - 10+ years of progressive experience with a focus on employee engagement, employee experience, organizational effectiveness, or other related HR disciplines
  • Communication - well-honed verbal, written, and listening skills; high level of emotional intelligence
  • Networking - ability to quickly builds trust and rapport with employees, teams, and leaders to drive an inclusive, performance-driven culture at scale
  • DEI - familiar with creating strategies that incorporate diversity, equity and inclusion practices into organizational initiatives
  • Solution-oriented - effectively diagnoses challenging problems, thinks critically and creatively, and influences others towards solutions
  • Analytics - efficiently collects, analyzes, and organizes survey data (quantitative and qualitative) into high-level metrics and engaging visuals
