About the team
You will be leading a team of software development professionals who are located in the US, Europe, India and Australia. Primary focus of this team is to develop payment frameworks and systems for top tier financial institutions throughout the globe. As part of FIS's Techdev organization you be part of a team of leaders who work together to continuously finds ways to drive process improvement for all of our development teams.
What you will be doing
Leading the Enterprise Payments - Commercial development team, you will be working with leaders in development, product and the business to drive change and improvement to the development process. Managing the day to day activities of the team, you will be working with your leaders to manage delivery schedules and budgets for various development projects. Regular presentations to business leaders on the progress of your teams and the ongoing improvement initiatives will be required. You will be working work on planning and improving your team for future growth and success.
What you bring:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.

• Experience in driving highly skilled and knowledgeable professionals and able to get the most of their teams.
• The ability to promote change and growth within a team and partner teams.
• Experience in driving agile development within the SAFe framework.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate influencing organizations.
• The ability to influence other teams to help achieve the goals of your team.
