Desktop Support Lead I

Who you are:
As a Desktop Support Lead I reporting to the TechOps manager, you will provide back up to Help Desk engineers. You will deliver hardware, software, and network support in a networked Apple environment. Additionally, you will support a variety of maintenance, software installation, end-user support, audio/visual support, troubleshooting and training tasks to ensure end-user equipment and network performance meet company and user requirements.
What you will do:
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming tickets and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
- Deploy and support IT equipment on Hotel Desks
- Support the Life Cycle management of computers and other IT equipment
- Maintain daily performance of office IT systems
- Lead setup, maintenance, and monitoring for on-site AV events
What you bring to the position:
- Minimum 3 years' experience working with audio and video technology
- Minimum 5 years' experience working as help desk technician or other technical customer support role
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a Mac environment

- Advanced troubleshooting of IT and AV systems, and multi-tasking skills
