You will play a crucial role in The Transformation Office. Your position is accountable for defining and building governance, processes, and change management to enable the business for optimal spend management. Develop the overall transformation vision and change management strategy to allow active participation and overall strategy delivery. Previously implement strategic priorities, led/scaled cross-functional teams for Enterprise. Transforming the way Western Union works through leading lean/agile teams. In this role, you work alongside the Chief Transformation Officer as well as the executive team to manage funded strategic initiatives, financial targets, and operational rhythm of the business, launch and scale new cross-functional initiatives, programs and develop communications and company narratives around transformation and WU Way lean and agile practices.

For such a critical role, You will need 10 plus years of experience in a leadership or management position. Previous experience in Finance, Operations, or equivalent work in the financial services industry. Proven experience in delivering strategic projects timely and efficiently. Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field; MBA preferred; JD a plus. Education or equivalent experience is required for a Visionary leader to quickly decipher and then action/influence to benefit the organization. History of oral and written communication skills, including experience presenting to senior management to enable leadership success. Experience with Board Reports and presentations, a plus. History of strong financial and business acumen. A detail-oriented and data-driven leader who is a proven creative thinker, analytical, and problem-solver with solid business understanding. Sense of urgency. Previous experience of lean and agile working methodologies is also desirable.

The on-target earnings range is $337,516.20 -$ 540,000, which includes a base salary of $187,509 - $300,000, short-term (30% of base), and long-term (50% of base) incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, flexible time off, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
