Support our Consumer Deposits customers with daily processing

Responsibilities

• Process and make risk-based decisions related to daily deposit operations including, but not limited to, account closures, file maintenance requests, stop payment processing
• Process outgoing domestic and international wire transfer requests in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Review and work daily reports to ensure compliance with established procedures
• Work with the Contact Center, Relationship Managers, and customers to troubleshoot and resolve all inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
• Remain current on all required Bank, departmental, and regulatory training

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years' banking in an operational role, or similar experience
• Detail-oriented with effective organizational and decision-making skills
• Ability to multi-task and handle unexpected delays or events and still meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products
• High level of dependability regarding attendance and punctuality
• Strong verbal and written communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
