Deposit Operations Specialist
Job Summary and Opportunity
Support our Consumer Deposits customers with daily processing
Responsibilities
- Process and make risk-based decisions related to daily deposit operations including, but not limited to, account closures, file maintenance requests, stop payment processing
- Process outgoing domestic and international wire transfer requests in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Review and work daily reports to ensure compliance with established procedures
- Work with the Contact Center, Relationship Managers, and customers to troubleshoot and resolve all inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
- Remain current on all required Bank, departmental, and regulatory training
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years' banking in an operational role, or similar experience
- Detail-oriented with effective organizational and decision-making skills
- Ability to multi-task and handle unexpected delays or events and still meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- High level of dependability regarding attendance and punctuality
- Strong verbal and written communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
