Your Life As A Maven:

• Lead the technical workstream for Google Workspace projects 
• Lead technical requirements discussions on a variety of topics related to environment migration and design (e.g. mail routing, data migration, Chrome, MDM/mobile, application integration)
• Facilitate the design of the client’s Google Workspace environment and migration approach
• Act as the main point of escalation for client stakeholders on medium to large client engagements 
• Successfully set and manage client expectations and proactively address issues as they arise
• Guide clients through making decisions that impact the solution, articulating benefits and drawbacks, and providing recommendations aligned to Google & Maven Wave best practices yet tailored to the client’s needs
• Coach and mentor engagement consulting teams and client stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and success criteria
• Demonstrate ability to confidently apply a broad range of technology platforms and solutions architectures on client engagements, with an emphasis on Google Cloud and Google Workspace
• Some travel to client sites may be required
• Expand new or existing business opportunities

Your Expertise:

• Demonstrated success driving large scale organization-wide technology deployments
• Google Collaboration Engineer certification, or ability to obtain this certification within six months
• The ability to break complex problems into achievable tasks and milestones is critical
• Ability to partner with client resources and work with joint delivery teams in a seamless manner
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated advanced client relationship and superior issue resolution skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple engagements, project teams, and client relationships
• Work with architecture team to design solutions for complex business functionality
• Ability to navigate a client’s organizational structure and political dynamics to benefit the engagement process
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Experience in one or more of the following technical subjects a plus: GCP, O365/ Exchange, cloud data migration, end user device administration
• Experience in account management or sales a plus
• Prior Google Workspace deployment and/or administration experience a plus
• Experience in one or more of the following domains a plus: business & technical analysis, software development, networking, IT service desk, change management, project management
