Required Job Skills
- 5+ years of Information Technology experience within a support/operations environment.
- 3+ years of IT experience in software/application onboarding
- Knowledge of the ITIL Processes with a focus on Incident and Release Management
- Coordinate application readiness reviews with cross-functional teams and identify outstanding deliverables and next steps.
- Jira usage and experience.
- Highly organized, particularly work prioritization. Must have the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills, both oral and written, and ability to facilitate discussions.
- Facilitate weekly forum with key process owners and project/product managers to review releases.
- Engage teams across Lines of Business (LOB) and break down silos/divisions to keep releases on track.
- Facilitate comprehensive discussions around support to gain agreement across teams and document roles and responsibilities for support teams, engineering, and vendors
- Send timely and appropriate communications throughout the life of the readiness review
- Action oriented, demonstrates outward ownership to drive results
- Excellent business acumen, able to understand GT&O processes and organizational structure.
- Identify gaps in the process and initiate process improvements
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Skills, specifically Visio and Excel
- Experience documenting processes.
- Project Management experience
- Basic understanding of SQL queries
- Ensures consistent release and support processes across the portfolios
- Create and manage releases and ensure all in scope activity is tracked and adhering to the process.
