Job Description

Attention NJ Applicants: In April 2020, our Company announced plans to consolidate our New Jersey campuses into a single New Jersey headquarters location in Rahway, NJ by 2023. Therefore, the NJ work location for this role will be temporarily based and the exact timing of the departmental move to Rahway, NJ will be communicated at a future date.
Our IT team operates as a business partner proposing ideas and innovative solutions that enable new organizational capabilities. We collaborate internationally to deliver the services and solutions that help everyone to be more productive and enable innovation.
Position Description:
As a part of our Company's Cyber Fusion Center (CFC), the Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) teams collaborates with other teams and international hubs to operate as cybersecurity partners. In concert with other IT functions, the CFC's CTI team liaises with our Company business partners in order to propose ideas and innovative solutions that reduce risk and enable new organizational capabilities. We operate internationally to deliver the transformative, cutting-edge services and solutions that enable productivity and innovation.
Cyber Threat Intelligence:
The CTI Lead is responsible day-to-day Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) operations, to include intelligence collection, curation, management, analysis standards, quality control, and dissemination of finished products to a wide range of technical and non-technical internal customers. The CTI lead works closely with security operations teams, information technology teams, enterprise risk management teams, executive decision-makers, industry peers and private/public sector intel sharing groups.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the CTI team
  • Develop close working partnerships with functional senior leaders to ensure threat intelligence analysis and products are mapped to prioritized corporate assets and risks
  • Respond to high-priority requests for information/intelligence from senior stakeholders
  • Develop industry contacts and relationships (to include law enforcement) to enhance intelligence sharing and best practices
  • Provide quality control over team products; assist with drafting, editing, critiquing, and proofreading threat intelligence estimates, briefs, assessments, and memorandums.
  • Conduct analytic reviews to foster analytic quality
  • Manage and update Threat Intelligence Standard Operating Procedures as needed
  • Provide the vision to mature the CTI function


Position Qualifications:
Education Minimum Requirement:

  • BA/BS or MA/MS in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Security, Information Systems of Cyber Security required, or High School Diploma with 10 years of relevant experience.


Required Experience and Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
    • Cyber Incident Response
    • Vulnerability Management
    • Penetration Testing
    • Cyber Threat Intelligence
    • Proactive and reactive hunt tool and techniques and Threat Defense Operations, zero-day exploit activities, malware identification and analysis
