The Global Information Security organization is responsible for protecting bank information systems, confidential and proprietary data, and customer information. The team:

• Develops the bank's Information security strategy and policy
• Manages the Information security program and identifies and addresses vulnerabilities
• Develops, deploys and manages a risk-based controls portfolio
• Manages and operates a global security operations center that monitors, detects and responds to cybersecurity incidents

In this role ensure holistic, integrated, and effective preparation of third party information security risk assessments. The Pre-Assessment Manager will manage the preparation for assessments through efficient and effective analysis of inherent risk factors that influence the scope and approach for Third-Party Cyber Assurance assessments. This team will ensure third parties and assessors are prepared for the assessment and gather an understanding of the third party security environment. This role will support the Third-Party Cyber Assurance Executive by leading strategic changes for the Pre-Assessment team as well as managing the Pre-Assessment team.
Required Skills: • Strong background in information security or risk management • Self-starting, organized, and requiring minimal management oversight • Ability to operate across organizational boundaries to accomplish tasks • Strong analytical skills/problem solving/conceptual thinking/attention to detail • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills • Strong time management skills
Desired Skills: • Eight (8) to ten (10) years working in Information Technology, information security or related field • Ability to work with technical and non-technical business owners • Optional Certifications: CISSP (ISC2), CISA, CRISC, CISM (ISACA), CCIE (Cisco), TOGAF, CCTA (McAfee), CCFP (ISC2).
Enterprise Job Description: Provides leadership and management for work teams specializing in third party information security risk oversight. Develops and sponsors tactics to achieve strategic objectives across organization, lines of business, or control partners to reduce external party security gaps in partnership with business leaders, key stakeholders, third parties, and/or external parties. Leverages deep understanding of information security to ensure external parties comply with security policies. Typically has over 10 years of relevant experience including managing teams.
