You will lead IT SOX Compliance and be part of the Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) organization. In this role, you will work closely with IT control owners and operators to build an effective compliance program to pro-actively validate the completeness and accuracy of IT General Controls (ITGC) execution. As a SOX controls professional, the individual will be responsible to ensure controls are designed, executed, and monitored effectively. The Cyber Sec Manager for IT SOX will also be responsible to maintain visibility of control status and track any issues to resolution. The primary focus of this position will be to participate in all aspects of SOX and IT General Controls (ITGC) including but not limited to; planning, risk assessments, documentation, execution, testing, review, and follow up to ensure resolution of any identified issues but excluding any Internal audit procedures or testing

This position is eligible for flexible work or remote work options.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide assurance that the IT organization SOX assets are safeguarded, financial information is accurate, and report issues from reviews to management
• Collaborate with Policy and Standards team to ensure the SOX IT controls are incorporated into the IT and security policies
• Collaborate with IT process and Service owners for design and implementation of controls processes with focus on SOX
• Align system scope to the CMDB and vet any differences with Control ship.
• Provides independent assurance of business and system controls and ensures related regulatory compliance.
• Oversee and lead the SOX compliance activities with IT that include monthly internal reviews, and quarterly self-testing.
• Review Audit observations from the Internal Audit, facilitate the remediation of ITGC control gaps in collaboration with IT control owners, and escalate possible critical issues to senior management within IT.
• Support the internal audit org during the semi-annual internal audits and annual external audits to align the remediation plans for the issues identified
• Oversee and lead remediation of control gaps found from SOX and ITGC reviews and risk assessments
• Request for remediation information for identified issues from Audit and Update GRC / SOX IT Tracker with the remediation information obtained.
• Report SOX Status to IT, Audit and HGS Management

YOU MUST HAVE
• Bachelor's degree
• 8+ years of experience in information technology, information technology audit, information technology compliance and/or risk assurance
• 3+ years of relevant information technology auditing and/or risk assurance experience within a public accounting firm
• Certification as certified information system auditor (CISA), or similar professional certification
• A working knowledge of SOX compliance
