Demonstrates intimate-level abilities and/or a proven record of success managing efforts with identifying and addressing client needs including:
  • At least 3+ years of hands-on experience working at various levels of responsibility at a Managed Security Services Provider;
  • At least 3+ years of hands-on working experience with vulnerability management tools and/or identity access management tools and/or threat detection & response tools
  • Experience working with a variety of services and tools from a major cloud services provider platform (AWS, Azure, GCP);
  • Preparing materials (reports, presentations, spreadsheets, etc.) to help enable informed decision making and provide relevant operational performance metrics;
  • Knowledge and experience using scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell;
  • Hands-on working experience with case management/ticketing systems;
  • Assist management in on boarding Cyber-security Managed Services projects into PwC's delivery centers;
  • Working in a team environment to monitor of ticket and alert queues, providing quality assurance oversight to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for PwC's 24x7 managed services;
  • Building and executing on AC adoption strategy for the individual competencies;
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities by analyzing feedback from internal teams and clients and then implementing required enhancements
  • Providing support for client pursuits: RFP response, orals preparation and setting up offshore and/or onshore delivery teams after win;
  • Working with engagement directors & partners to resolve any issues/conflicts within the service delivery center portfolio of Cyber and Managed Services;
  • Contributing to organization performance management by identifying reusable artifacts during the course of various projects;
  • Executing necessary knowledge transfer, team onboarding and offboarding, documentation and lessons learned as projects close; perform all necessary closure activities consistent with PwC procedures;
  • Managing remote resources, shift scheduling, and liaising with internal PwC support teams;
  • Teaming across territories, including conducting calls and responding to email queries across global time zones;
  • Communicating effectively to all levels within an organization, both in writing and verbally;
  • Performing in an environment of change where maintaining effectiveness while managing multiple and shifting priorities and communicating changes to all parties is paramount;
  • Working independently, schedule and organize work effectively, work flexible hours when necessary; and,
  • Being proficient in Microsoft Office Tools (emphasis on PowerPoint, Word, Excel & Google Tools) to design, implement and manage dashboards, scorecards, schedules and reports.
