Customer Support Specialist III
ECS is seeking a Customer Support Specialist III (COA ) to work in our Memphis, TN (38120) office.
Job Description:
Process orders, prepare correspondences, research and resolve customer complaints involving change-of-address related issues, potential mail fraud complaint and provide support to heavy telephone volume.
Duties include contact involving USPS Delivery Unit personnel and other mail forwarding entities in effort to fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
Efficiently assisting irate customers and provide timely resolutions.
Consult with department lead for discrepancies.
Provide assistance to United States Postal Inspection Service by verifying the completeness and accuracy of customer information to determine proper resolution.
Respond to customer issues via phone and email.
Work independently and with a team as well as perform other duties as assigned.
Provide change-of-address support to external and internal customers.
Current work hours are 8:00 AM thru 5:00 PM, Monday thru Friday. However, depending on the need of the customer the schedule could change to 10:00 AM thru 7:00 PM, Monday thru Thursday, 8:00 AM thru 5:00 PM Friday.
Required Skills:
- U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder and must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Intermediate proficiency in computer skills
- High degree of interpersonal, professional oral and written communication skills required
- Shows clear judgment in resolving conflicts and accomplishing goals
- Independently performs a variety of complicated tasks
- Self-starter possessing the ability to perform multiple tasks with minimal supervision
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing requirements
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
