Customer Services Manager (Business Intelligence/Data Analyst) (f/t)

Job Description:

Use advanced data lake querying skills in Apache PySpark SQL and PostgreSQL to extract, transform and synthesize IoT device telemetry, events and service history data from enterprise and cloud data lakes for analyses and insights visualizations.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field followed by six (6) years of experience with developing data driven strategies for new product launches.

OR

Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field and four (4) years of experience with developing data driven strategies for new product launches.

Experience must include:

• Two (2) years of experience with data models, data mining and segmentation techniques.
• Two (2) years of experience with data science, statistical analysis, data mining and predictive algorithms.
• Two (2) years of experience using Agile product development and program planning tools such as JIRA, JIRA Align and Agile SCRUM frameworks.
• Demonstrated knowledge * of:
  • databases, system design, cloud-based product architectures, and enterprise information systems; and
  • data domains, models, and implications for analytics use in at least one of the following industries: online retail, ecommerce, banking, telecommunications, media, advertising or similar.

*Knowledge may be demonstrated through education, training and/or experience.
