Job Summary
  • To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a/an Customer Service located in Memphis, TN.

    Reporting to the Warehouse Manager the Customer Service role will be responsible for communicate with customers and deal with customer's inquiries

    What a typical day looks like:
  • Order Management E2E Process since receive the customer orders, commit, follow up, coordinate shipments, goals: OTD, AR, Aging FG, RMAs.
  • Appropriately utilize system applications and resources to accurately and effectively in providing a comprehensive and high-quality services for all customer needs.
  • Handle enquiries and resolve customer problems and complaints with care and efficiency and ensure one call resolution.
  • Maintain customer service standards during high-pressure situations such as increased call volume, fewer resources or challenging customers.
  • Interpret customer needs, recognize symptoms, causes and solutions.
  • Identify situations in which the customer requires further explanation or training and effectively provide a solution for the customer as needed.
  • Demonstrate clear speaking and writing skills in English and minimize the use of jargon to best ensure customer understanding.

  • The experience we're looking to add to our team:
  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
  • Typically requires 3 - 5 years of experience
  • Fluent English oral and written.
  • Excel Intermediate level.
  • Experience in managing an ERP.
  • Leadership.
  • Service attitude.
  • Management of BAAN, FTS & BPM is also a plus.
