How You'll Make an Impact
The Customer Service Representative will process payments within the Valvoline Fleet systems and resolve any issues that are related to those payments, which could include: assisting with cash application, processing chargebacks and working with internal Sales and Credit teams. In the role, you would be responsible for:
- Managing the day to day fleet billing process
- Researching and resolving issues with payments including processing chargebacks and corrections as needed
- Moving payments to correct FMC accounts in both the SAP and FBS (Fleet Billing Systems)
- Providing the fleet team with monthly chargeback analysis reporting
- Working with credit team to monitor and manage past due accounts
- Proccessing and presenting month end reports for the Accounting and Sales team
- Other duties and responsibilities as determined by Valvoline from time to time in its sole discretion.
What You'll Need
- Two years of college or commensurate work experience
- Minimum of one year Customer Service, Accounts Payable, or Accounts Receivable experience
- Experience with or knowledge of SAP
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple ERP systems
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
