Customer Support Representative -Data Entry

Overview of Position
The Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)Payment Data Entry role translates information between pharmacy third party remittance advices and the proprietary Absolute AR system. The role determines all required elements of the remittance is available, and in the case that it is not, will record missing information within the system and communicate appropriately to the customer

What are the requirements needed for this position?

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2t Years of Data Entry Experience
• 2+ Years Data Entry Experience - 10key
• 2+ Years Microsoft Office
• 4+Years Computer Literacy

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

• Pharmacy Billing
• Can work Central Time hours

What are the working conditions and physical requirements of this job?
This position involves sitting at a computer terminal for long periods. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. This position involves interoffice communication via print, email, and telephone.
