Job Description

This position is for Essai Test Solutions, Inc. a wholly subsidiary of Advantest America, Inc. with locations in Fremont, CA, Chandler and Phoenix, AZ.

This position is responsible for the day-to-day management of administrative support team as wellas overseeing the generation of quotes for clientele while maintaining alignment with Director of Customer Relations and upper management team.

  • Manage CS Admin Team including interviewing, coaching and other management activities
  • Provide oversight and reporting of all CS admin activities as needed
  • Master all tasks for the CS Department and delegate tasks accordingly
  • Overseeing the processing orders and returns and refine all processes associated with these activities
  • Ensure proper follow up with customers and record metrics
  • Reporting generation and distribution.
  • Oversee the performing misc. office duties and projects as needed for various departments (Engineering, Customer Service, Purchasing, Accounting, and Production)
  • Updating, generating, and distributing various reports.


Requirements

  1. Minimum 2 - 4 years maximum of office experience (prefer customer service or Inside Sales).
  2. Proficient with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook.
  3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Professional and friendly with excellent phone etiquette and pleasant attitude.
  5. Detail oriented.
  6. Ability to maintain confidential information.
  7. Dependable and resourceful.
  8. Well organized and able to meet deadlines.
  9. Ability to work independently and in a team atmosphere.
  10. Quick learner, open and able to adapt with new tasks and processes.
  11. Eager to excel and contribute to the team.
