This is a role well suited to an ambitiousprofessional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Customer Service Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- You are in a field-based,customer-facing role that services, maintains, and modifies MV imagingequipment at customer sites.
- You are the "Face ofSiemens" to the customer.
- You support the NuclearMedicine modality initially with potential to cross train into other modalitiesin the future.
- You are flexible andwilling to work different shifts as business needs dictate, includingwillingness to work overtime as required. Advanced notice will be provided for any shift changes.
- You report to the CustomerSuccess Manager at Siemens Medical Solutions.

- You have knowledge andexperience performing service, preventative maintenance, and modifications on MedicalImaging Equipment at customer sites with minimal supervision
- You have the ability andexperience to establish and maintain proper business relationships withcustomers and peers, as well as performing necessary administrative dutiesaccurately.
- You have strong customerservice and communication skills
- You are proficient in theuse of tools and service test equipment
- You have previous knowledgeand experience with Nuclear Medicine imaging equipment
Required skills to have for thesuccess of this role
- Minimum Technical Degree orequivalent experience
- Strong electronics andcomputer skills required
- 3 to 5 years of fieldservice experience is desired
- Valid driver's license andgood driving record required
- Ability to work bothindividually and in an established team setting
- Ability to travel andprovide service in assigned geography; willingness to participate in an on-callrotation after training and certification
