The Customer Service Specialist will provide support for the occupational health business by responding to customer inquiries and processing sales orders.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent service in written and verbal communications with internal and external customers, enlisting the assistance of coworkers when necessary
  • Communicate with customers as needed regarding inquiries, order statuses, and services, including items that are out of stock
  • Answer all basic questions regarding company products and services
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's issue; determine the cause, find the best resolution, and follow up with the customer
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisor
  • Enter orders for hearing instruments, accessories, parts, warranties, and replacement claims, documenting all complaints
  • Promote and sell company products and services
  • Update customer contact information in CRM
  • Manage demo equipment
  • Provide quotes to customers
  • Other tasks to support the team and our customers



Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Proficiency with Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Professional phone manner
