What You Will Be Doing
You'll be providing excellent customer service via inbound telephone support. You will handlecustomer inquiries and resolve simple and basic support issues such as password resets, accountmaintenance, light trouble-shooting and mobile banking/online website support services. It will beimportant that you ensure that service expectations are met and that you're able to establish aprofessional rapport with each client. Other duties and responsibilities will be assigned as needed.
• Complete payment transactions• Communicate with the client about funds, account maintenance, account inquiries, and online banking• Troubleshoot customer problems and determine how to resolve those problems• Taking inbound calls in a high-volume call center and other duties as assigned
Start Date: 1/3/2022
Training: Mon - Fri for 4 weeks
Hours of Operation: Mon - Sun 8am - 11pm
*Closed all FIS Federal Holidays*
What you bring:• Payment or banking experience preferred• Excellent verbal and written communications skills• High school diploma or GED• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Above average computer and navigation skills
• Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction
Added bonus if you have:• 2 years of payment or banking experience• 2 years' experience working in a high-volume call center

Also, overtime work is an essential function of this position. From time to time you could be required to work overtime.
