Description: A building materials client in Charlotte, NC is searching for a Customer Service Representative with supply chain/manufacturing industry experience. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company that also offers a monthly profit sharing program.
Responsibilities
- Process all orders from order entry to shipping to returns
- Problem solve effectively
- Provide top notch customer service
- Resolve any questions or concerns related to company products
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience in manufacturing/supply chain industry
