Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a Customer Insights Manager to lead research that will drive key initiatives and inform Marketing strategy. Your work will be cross-functional and involve multiple stakeholders including the Product, E-commerce, Brand, and Paid Media teams in addition to the senior executive team. Your insights will be the foundation for key strategic decisions that will drive the company's growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Work closely with functional leaders and cross-functional teams to influence strategy decisions aligned with Ruggable’s mission
- Insights development and delivery: Own and execute end-to-end research including the scoping, design, data collection, data analysis, recommendations and presenting results to senior leadership
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relations with internal stakeholders to understand priorities, define our roadmap and to collaborate and work with them on studies and actions to implement product and funnel solutions
- Customer Insights program: Develop a customer insights program to help measure progress of important company priorities and to support decision-making for new initiatives. Additionally, provide rigor and alignment of methodologies across multiple insights projects and/or questions
What You’ll Need to Have:
Required:
- 3+ years of market research experience
- Previous experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research
- Ability to own and provide end-to-end execution of multiple concurrent research initiatives
- Knowledge of multiple research and analytical methodologies (e.g., conjoint, pricing, Maxdiff, etc.)
- Fluency writing test plans and discussion guides for in-house/moderated or self-moderated research
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects at a time
- Strong bias to drive insights that are actionable across multiple marketing functions
Preferred:
- Prior experience in DTC brands is highly desirable
