Job Summary:

onsemi is seeking a self-driven and motivated professional to join the Customer Experience team, located in Phoenix, AZ (open to remote). As a Customer Experience Business Systems Administrator, you will have the opportunity to have a key role in leading our customer experience transformational journey. Customer Experience is a function within our Corporate Marketing organization which includes brand, sustainability, public relations and demand generation. This position reports to the Head of Customer Experience and is responsible for managing all aspects of the customer/employee experience platform.

You will lead the business implementation and evolution of our enterprise-wide customer experience and employee experience platform in partnership with HR, IT and our technical sales support team. You will become our resident expert on voice of customer and voice of business survey administration and execution by serving as a system administrator or the Customer Experience and Employee Experience cloud applications.

Performance Objectives:

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead the planning, configuration, and implementation of onsemi's new survey and voice of customer/voice of business platform.
  • Develop an understanding of onsemi business and customer needs in order to suggest and teach best practices in platform use, recommend new capability/functionality based on business needs.
  • Be the subject matter expert (SME) and partner with cross functional leads to provide thought leadership to drive process improvement, enhance user experience and increase adoption of CX tools.
  • Oversee all administrative functions including user account maintenance, reporting, dashboards, workflows; oversee database for data quality and integrity; execute rapid analysis and decomposition of complex business information into technical process components.
  • Build collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels, act as trusted advisor and understanding their business needs.



Qualifications:
Requirements:

  • 5 years experience administering enterprise wide CSAT/NPS relationship surveys and data analysis.
  • 5 years semiconductor industry experience - knowledge of customer journey, touchpoints and customer painpoints.
  • Highly adaptable and agile in fast paced hyper growth environment, able to thrive with ambiguity and exhibit a high degree of initiative.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills (written and oral) in managing virtual work teams.
  • Experience leading business requirements.
  • Strong understanding of business processes its translation into application functionality.
  • High standards of data accuracy and precision; extremely organized.
  • Experience with Saas Tools.
