Customer Engagement Manager, Platform

The Customer Engagement Platform Manager works with the engineering, product, and implementation teams to come up with unique strategies to communicate Amplify's technology platform capabilities and services, ensuring brand messaging is effectively and consistently communicated in a positive way. This includes managing the platform releases throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, analyzing and understanding the competitive landscape, and supporting the sales and support departments through launch. The ideal candidate for this position has a strong technical marketing background.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement post-sales marketing and communications materials for our existing customers.
- Manage multiple projects, including interdepartmental communication, implementation planning, and coordination of projects from input to delivery, maintaining project timelines and deliverables
- Drive communications across appropriate channels, including web, mobile, social, direct, print, PR, etc.
- Effectively collaborate with counterparts in Customer Engagement to ensure platform communications are integrated with other customer campaigns.
- Partner with Amplify's product and design teams to strategize and execute on future release plans and updates.
- Build and maintain subject matter expertise across Amplify's technology platform, including but not limited to enrollment and licensing process, platform capabilities, and beta/trial features.
- Translate marketing ideas into actionable project briefs, tracking and reporting on progress along the way.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5 years marketing experience leading content and campaign work across departments.
- 2 years of technical marketing experience related to SaaS platforms.
- Experience managing projects with multiple key partners and complex roadmaps.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Track record of successfully prioritizing work and delivering high-quality projects on time in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
- Approaches work with excellent attention to detail
