Requirements:

• Masters and MBA level graduates with concentrations in quantitative and/or technical disciplines.
• 2-5 years of related work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, decision science, data science, mathematics, information systems, computer science, statistics, or related field.
• Present in Las Vegas, NV for dates of the Program: August 15, 2022 - August 16, 2024 (two years at 40 hours a week)

Position Summary:

The Management Associate II role will be a leadership development role where the employee will engage in a variety of projects within IT, Treasury & Finance, Marketing, and Risk. The Associate will be asked to shadow and participate in an assortment of projects and tasks within many sub-domains within these areas. Associates will build their professional networks through cohort experiences, development training, and the creation of checkpoint projects which will challenge participants to identify a business problem and propose solutions to leadership.

Summary Essential Job Functions:

• Shadow and collaborate with various Bank sub-domains.
• Assist sub-domains in identifying business problems and proposing data-driven solutions to encountered obstacles.
• Engage with rotation-specific department activities to build understanding of the various functional areas of the Bank.
• Present program observations and ideas to leadership.
• Exemplify professionalism and a willingness to learn throughout the entirety of the program.

1. Identify and develop talent for future bank leadership roles
2. Enhance regional employer brand recognition
3. Build mastery through networking, shadowing, and experiential learning
4. Promote awareness of organizational structure and operations
5. Foster collaboration through cross-disciplinary experiences
