VPL is looking for a Customer Care Manager to join our fast-growing team!
At VPL our Customer Care Managers have a passion to provide best in class customer care on various freight management topics. Our most successful Customer Care Managers have a positive attitude, willingness to learn, strong work ethic, and they are comfortable with SaaS solutions and technology!
What You'll Do...
- The ability to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users
- Solid technical skills and aptitude with a background in technical sales engineering, implementation, or technical support
- Problem-solving mindset and a drive to apply your skills in troubleshooting to find solutions
- Experience in working with customers and collaborating with them to ensure customer success
- An understanding and appreciation of the data integration space
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Great written and verbal communications skills
- Previous experience with implementing software, preferably B2B SaaS solutions and cloud technology or experience in technical consulting (preferably ERP systems)
- Knowledge of the ERP space or exposure to business processes and HCM or Financials
- Experience in the ERP or consulting industry is desirable
What You'll Bring...
- 2+ years' experience in a customer-focused environment desired
- Proven expertise in customer service
- Experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Enthusiastic attitude and an engaging businesslike approach
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office required
- Creative problem solver
- Demonstrated ability to research to resolve customer inquiries
- Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners
