About the Position

This position is responsible for helping customers over the phone with Medicare questions, using skills from our paid training! Assist existing AIQ Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Prescription Drug Plan and other ancillary insurance members through inbound and outbound calls.


Note: This job is on-site in our Jacksonville, FL office. To be considered for the role, all potential candidates must be willing and able to provide proof of COVID vaccine within 28 days of hire date.


Responsibilities

  • Assist Medicare and Health eligible individuals to select the appropriate health insurance coverage
  • Present potential solutions using our world class suite of insurance products
  • Assist customers in identifying priority features and benefits
  • Conform to and abide by the procedures, rules and requirements of Assurance, all regulatory bodies, and the state or states where the Sales Agent operates
  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established
  • Utilize the established communication and sales process
  • Participate in coaching sessions
  • Meet daily, weekly and other performance targets
  • Follow compliance guidelines and mandatory disclosures
  • Adhere to work schedule consistently
  • Represent the voice of the consumer; provide feedback and insights received from customers to the department
  • Provide best in class customer service through active listening and resourceful problem solving skills
  • Actively participate in a creation and maintenance of a customer centric culture
  • Build lifetime value and improve retention metrics through service

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Health resident insurance license and required registration
  • Ability to be licensed in all 50 States
  • Must be able to pass AHIP and all qualifying carrier certifications
  • Ambitious sales minded with strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospective customers
  • Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined with ability to work effectively in a customer care and sales environment
  • Organizational skills and effective time management to succeed in a fast-paced environment, transactional
  • Analytical skills to understand key performance metrics
  • Must enjoying working with people and being part of a team environment
  • Previous experience selling Medicare or health insurance products preferred

Work Location and Schedule:· The position will be Monday- Friday, 8-6PM EST and located in our Jacksonville, FL office.
