As a Customer Advocacy Specialist, you will help build a customer advocacy discipline in an industry that is just starting to understand the value it can provide. This position is remote.
A Day In Your Life
- Manage the operations of Customer Advocacy at Augury.
- Working with Customer Success and Customer Advocacy, build a process for systematizing how and when we create content for an account.
- Working with the Customer Advocacy team and the Sales and Customer Success teams, find a repeatable way to report on the status of each content deliverable.
- Build a process for uncovering new customer advocates, including initial qualification, by working with Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
- Finalize and activate advocate tracking in Salesforce along with relevant dashboards, ensuring this process is connected to the overall account-based-marketing strategy.
- Track customer permissions around logo usage and requirements of customers' corporate communications teams.
- Manage key technology elements for the Community team - sales enablement in Highspot, our use of Catalyst, integration with Salesforce, our use of Wrike, and other reporting.
- Act as the community and customer advocacy business owner for customer gifting at Augury, collaborating with the overall Augury gifting leader.
- Collaborate with the rest of the Customer Advocacy team at Augury along with other stakeholders across the organization.
