What you'll be doing

The Tableau CSG Transformation and Strategy team (T&S) is a newly built global team with a goal to design and incubate forward-thinking and dynamic solutions and teams across CSG. The connective tissue for many CSG T&S initiatives - and our overall approach to customer success - is Tableau Blueprint, a methodology for scaling analytics adoption across the enterprise. Tableau Blueprint provides prescriptive, repeatable guidance to help organizations define an analytics strategy, develop core capabilities, build a growing data culture, and accelerate business value from their analytics journey.

The Customer Adoption, Senior Manager, will support the evolution of Tableau Blueprint. This includes working closely with the Director, Tableau Blueprint to advise on shaping and strategy for customer adoption methodologies. You will also own execution for restructuring Tableau Blueprint into stages of maturity and integrating new best practices where appropriate. You will meet with customers to gain insight into analytics adoption barriers and proven success strategies. You will also collaborate with leaders across CSG, Product Management, and Marketing to make updates to Tableau Blueprint, influence product direction, and voice customer concerns.

Some of the things you'll be doing include

  • Demonstrate Tableau's product vision, strategy, and roadmap to influence the evolution of Tableau Blueprint.
  • Restructure Tableau Blueprint into stages of notable achievements to simplify the analytics adoption journey.
  • Identify gaps in the CSG Product portfolio and partner with CSG Product Managers to update and develop new offerings.
  • Capture feedback from customers on analytics adoption barriers and proven success strategies.
  • Integrate new standard methodologies into Tableau Blueprint based on customer insights and guidance from CSG, Product Management, and Marketing.
  • Prioritize Tableau Blueprint changes based on anticipated business impact.
  • Ensure internal partners have transparency into the Tableau Blueprint roadmap.
