This is a brand NEW position at QLI, so you will have the opportunity to help invent and implement innovative methods for sharing QLI history, discovering and broadcasting stories that create pride and ownership, and creating excitement about the future of QLI.

The Cultural Engagement Specialist will collaborate with QLI's CEO, Director of Creativity, and members of the Executive Leadership Team to assure that every team member feels proud of their company and knows that their company is proud of them.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

A successful candidate will demonstrate:

Education and Certifications:

--Must be at least 18 years old (required)

--High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

--Experience or knowledge in storytelling, project management, content curation, and human services would all be helpful, but not required.
