Bella is seeking a business systems enthusiast to join our team as a Crypto Operations Manager.

As part of the operations team, you are entrusted with maintaining and iterating on the existing processes and programs to enable all aspects of the business to  provide the best services to our members.

What you will be doing… 


  • Responsible for establishing and managing the internal operational processes and procedures to ensure the business is managed with the appropriate checks and balances regarding operational risk
  • Responsible for implementing and managing the critical external banking and cryptocurrency provider relationships and partnerships
  • Oversee and support all exception management - both internally and externally, with cross-functional partners


  • Subject matter expert responsible for leading and managing all operational support for the business, including legal/compliance issues with partners and  external vendors
  • Manage all banking, external  relationships, including integration and implementation with all banking operations partners
  • Develop and lead the Operations team regarding the following reconciliations for daily activities between consumers, merchants and external counterparties
  • Handling of all payments processing (fiat and crypto)
  • Ensuring adherence to legal and compliance requirements
  • Investigations regarding exception management
  • External vendor management, including any licensing issues


This person must have…

  • A strong passion and interest in cryptocurrencies, and web3 
  • 5+ years of expertise in operations and support, working extensively with financial institutions, banks, fintech, and processing vendors in the payments landscape
  • Well-versed in the dynamics of the payments world, how banks and vendors operate, specifically with crypto
  • Willingness to be hands-on in a growing team and able to continue to grow and adapt as the business evolves and demands new thinking and levels of performance
  • Clear communicator who sets direction and manages specific goals and deliverables, both internally and externally
