Job Responsibilities: What you will do

Design, develop and maintain Customer Relationship Management software enterprise platform to support assigned lines of business. Collaborate with stakeholders, business units and end users to provide expert technical support, training, quality assurance testing, implementation of solutions, ongoing administration, and user support of the company's enterprise CRM solution.

  • Provide input to the design of optimal data feeds and mapping process with other internal systems and Data Warehouse.
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of API integrations to the numerous third-party applications to support a smooth flow of data from both ends.
  • Provide user support and training to users and act as a technical interface to key internal groups, including IT.
  • Configure dashboards, reports and objects related to pipeline metrics, territory management, forecast modeling, quota management, customer/contact interaction and lead management.
  • Customize CRM fields, page layouts, record types and list views; maintain and create workflow rules, validation rules and formula fields.
  • Proactively identify and recommend operational improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business needs; ensure solutions are highly usable, scalable, extensible, and maintainable on CRM tool.
  • Provide day to day end-user support and training for CRM Users. Administer and update, as necessary, user profiles, roles, packages, security, objects, resources, and workflow and assignment rules, permission sets, license types and other CRM functions needed to support the applications.
  • Develop and maintain training documents in collaboration with the training department in order to onboard and provide training to new users.
  • Develop tools to help users set up and track marketing campaigns and programs. Manage lead imports and ensure data accuracy for all marketing efforts.
  • Provide input to the selection and deployment of technologies to be used.
  • Identify, diagnose, track, and resolve technical problems. Monitor data quality, integrity, and user adoption.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards across functional groups.
  • Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objectives.



Qualifications: What you need to bring

  • 3+ years of experience in technology administration for CRM software projects required.
  • Advanced CRM user and administrator skills preferred
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must be able to interact and work well with others.
  • Must be able to perform strategic analysis.
  • Must possess strong problem solving skills.
