The Role:

The next step in evolving our shopper journey will be bringing on a Creative Coordinator. 

Scope of Responsibilities: 

Project Management

  • Project request ticket review, assignment and trafficking
  • Project board organization and management
  • Timeline management
  • Contribute to the QA process
  • Resource management
  • Prioritization of projects

Meetings

  • Lead daily stand-up meetings
  • Determine when ongoing and one-off meetings are required, and scheduling them
  • Sharing out take-aways and next steps
  • Gather work and metrics to be shared in Marketing Department meetings

Process

  • Documentation of process
  • Revisiting processes to ensure efficiencies and that all steps are still relevant
  • Serving as an expert resource when anyone has questions about process

Asset Management

  • Answer internal and external requests for brand assets (logos, guidelines, etc.)
  • Support Creative Services Manager in upkeep of Digital Asset Management tool (DAM)
    • Ensuring correct naming conventions
    • Assets provided to the proper location
    • Understanding asset organization with the DAM

Collaboration

  • Serve as a liaison between the creative team, other marketing teams and additional departments throughout the organization
  • Clear communication with others to align on all elements of project progression
  • An understanding of company resources and personnel to tap into for a wide range of needs and issue resolution

Ideal Candidate:

  • 4-5 years of creative coordinator or project management experience
  • Highly organized
  • Experience with project management tools
  • Effectively manage projects in both a remote and in-person environment
  • Excellent understanding of service-oriented team structure
  • Ability to troubleshoot and explain both short and long-term solutions with trade-offs
  • Effective communication, including the ability to explain obstacles to team members
  • The confidence to say “yes” or “no” to requests, with adequate reason
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Ability and desire to work as part of a team, both within and across departments
  • Can be scrappy and resourceful to get things done

Nice-to-haves:

  • Bi-lingual in Spanish
  • Experience with a cross-channel marketing platform tool like Iterable
