The Impact You Will Make
Corporate Concierge (CC) is part of the broader Corporate Sales Department within Grubhub Inc. It is a team that was created to provide "premium" services that are exclusively available to our corporate clients. The foundational principles of this program are "above and beyond'' support and client focused expertise. As a CC rep, you will work directly with clients utilizing Corporate Concierge and will manage the concierge relationship with the client which can include menu consultation and compilation, maintaining and updating the clients corporate account and light reporting using Excel.
This team is an exciting addition to our current Corporate suite offerings and provides a large opportunity for learning and expanding your skill set. We are looking for eager and self motivated individuals to assist our clients and help evolve and grow our team. Ideal candidates are happy to work with clients regularly, adaptable, proactive, and always looking to learn and improve.
Responsibilities
- Post client implementation, support daily Concierge programs based on previously agreed on specifications and processes in the three major support categories: Admin Support (account updates & maintenance), Order Management (menu consultation & order placement), or Reporting (invoice customization)
- Troubleshoot real time issues that fall within the Concierge team purview or work with relevant teams (CSMS, Client Relations, Corporate Care) to ensure client has satisfactory resolution
- Aid in developing best practices for client use cases and share with the team and greater Corporate organization
- Maintain SLAs agreed to by the client with each interaction (client satisfaction & timely response)
- Become an expert in our Corporate suite offerings to have the necessary background knowledge to provide unique and out of the box solutions for our clients
- Basic to intermediate proficiency level in Microsoft (ie knowledge of the home, page, and layout tabs; basic formulas (sum, average, count); etc)
- Desire to learn more about reporting and an ability to dig through a report and understand it's logic
What You Bring to the Table
- Excellent business acumen and interpersonal skills
- Process-driven and proficient at problem solving
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel and reporting with a desire to learn more
- Attention to detail
- A strong sense of curiosity
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment when needed
- 1-2 years of previous customer service, account management, sales, or technical support experience preferred
- Ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities
- College degree preferred
- Desire to work on the customer-facing side of a tech company
- Ability to have flexibility within a Monday-Friday schedule (ie 8AM - 4PM EST)
