About the team and position

We’re looking for a  high-energy, go-getting, corporate card administrator to join our Accounts Payable Team. Under the direction of the Corporate Senior Administrator the Corporate Card Administrator is responsible for managing our corporate card and out-of-pocket reimbursement programs. This position will ensure compliance with Company expense policies and report on results regularly to various levels of Company management. Most importantly, you will see your insights have an immediate, tangible impact every day in a well-funded and rapidly growing company.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing, reviewing and approving corporate credit card and out of pocket expense reports submitted in Workday on a daily basis. 
  • Ensuring proper out-of-pocket expense requirements are compliant with existing policies.
  • Analyzing spend on all expense platforms including spend for travel, fuel and miscellaneous employee purchases to ensure compliance with company practices and expense reporting policies.
  • Ensuring corporate credit card holders and approvers complete expense reports to ensure timely and accurate credit card reconciliation. 
  • Offering support and responding to out-of-pocket expense and corporate credit card holder inquiries. 
  • Notifying the Payroll team of processed expense reports to approve employee out of pocket reimbursement on a weekly basis. 
  • Establishing and enhancing key expense policies and training documents; responsible for communicating policy and practice changes to employees and management.
  • Generating expense reports for employees with corporate credit cards to ensure spend is recorded in special circumstances.

What you should know/have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills, and organizational abilities.
  • Passion for building processes and collaborating with others to develop best practices.
  • The ability to operate within the unknown, in a fast-paced environment, where change is the only constant.
  • A sense of urgency and professionalism.
  • The ability to ask questions and consistently apply learned information to work.

It would be great if you also had:

  • Experience with Workday HRIS, Concur and/or Egencia travel management and Oracle preferred, not required.
  • 1+ year of experience in Corporate Card or Expense Reimbursement, Accounting or related role.
