We're kind of like a little family! Even though BP has been expanding rapidly we still have that small start-up company vibe. I remember my first day I showed up in slacks and by lunch Matt (our CEO) and I were making jokes about how I was the best dressed person in the office (everyone else was much more casual, I quickly loosened up).
