A home-based role as part of our busy Contact Centre team. We are seeking a confident, enthusiastic, and friendly individual to join our growing team of 100 people!
This is a fully remote role and would suit someone who is seeking a long-term salaried position.
What you will be doing.....
This is not a cold call role; you will be calling prospective customers in order to confirm all details of their enquiry made online. You will be required to input their full details into system and ensure they are suitable for the product in order to qualify as a lead for our sales team.
You must be comfortable speaking to a wide range of individuals and have clear communication skills.
We offer a great package with a base of £18,000 along with monthly commission averaging £350-1000 a month dependent on your call rate/quality/targets.
You will earn a basic salary of £18,000 for a 35 hour week, shifts are 8 hours long.
Hours of work are Monday – Thursday from 8:00 AM to 18:00 PM and Fridays 8:00 AM – 16:30 PM.
Currently, we do not offer weekends for this role.
- Be confident speaking on the phone to a wide range of prospects.
- Be comfortable working fully remote! You will need to be self-motivated to speak to a high volume of customers daily.
- Ideally, you will have some sales or customer service experience – bonus for any telephone-based experience!
- You must be confident using online systems, databases or booking tools
- You will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service!
- Target driven both in terms of number and quality
