Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in business/media analytics, consulting, financial analysis, a customer-facing role, or another quantitative and/or equivalent field.



Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with articulating analytical questions, pulling data from datasets, and using data to arrive at an answer and recommendation.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and managing a large set of executive stakeholders and/or business partner.
  • Experience with Implementation/Configuration of Measurement, Privacy, Web Analytics, or Audience Strategy.
  • Experience with Search, Display, YouTube, Direct Response Digital Advertising, Attribution, Conversion Tracking, Automated Bidding, or Platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, SA360).
  • Understanding of leading third-party measurement, site analytics (e.g. Adobe, Omniture), and omniChannel solutions.
  • Ability to problem-solve and think analytically while adapting and collaborating in a team environment.

Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

As a Measurement Lead (ML), you will focus on helping advertisers scale their use of Google measurement, attribution solutions, and action on the insights produced. You will help Analytical Leads (ALs), Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams, and advertisers deploy measurement technologies. You will use industry practices, watch digital media trends, and help determine advertisers' next steps with media customer value and channel impact. You will work collaboratively with ALs, teams, Global Product Leads (GPL), Go-to-Market (GTM), Platforms, and gTech to drive advertiser measurement and use insights/learnings for business growth.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world's biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird's eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Provide product expertise to ALs, specialists, and teams in order to drive activation and scaled utilization of OmniChannel solutions. Partner with GTM teams to provide "market-to-product" feedback, develop business cases for feature requests, and influence product prioritization.
  • Analyze internal and external data to identify opportunities, anticipate risks, develop solutions to customer marketing challenges, and measure success.
  • Develop relationships with stakeholders and use data to set goals and strategies for business growth. Foster cross-functional collaboration in order to provide advertisers with cohesive recommendations and guide them through implementation.
  • Lead the full lifecycle of measurement initiatives.
  • Own the prioritization of advertisers for goal activation for their industry/geography and track progress.
