Job Description
We are looking for a motivated self-starter who is looking to make a large impact by collaborating well with others. As a Consulting Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of 3Cloud’s professional services organization.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Sales and Delivery Teams to track and prepare for upcoming client engagements
Onboard new client engagement
- Assist with engagement staffing
- Work with Project Management Team to monitor and support delivery of client engagements
- Salesforce and Financial Force administration and support
- Client Contract review and support
- Implement process and automation to ensure operational efficiency
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales and/or project coordinator role
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Excellent communication skills: you are articulate, straightforward, thoughtful and consistent
- Strong attention to details, with strong analytical skills
- A passion for using technology to solve problems
- A natural inclination for building and fostering relationships with clients and project teams
- A love for problem-solving - you can prioritize tasks, manage time effectively and can guide a team through the issue resolution process
- The ability to multitask, juggling multiple concurrent streams of work and ensuring success for all of them
- A knack for teamwork – you’re at your best in a closely collaborative environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
- You have used Salesforce/Financial Force to track data
In addition, while it’s not required, we’d love it if you had:
- Any kind of exposure to organizations moving technology workloads to a cloud platform (we focus on Microsoft, but your experience doesn’t have to be there.
- Understanding of Professional Services business model
