Responsibilities
  • Using the mobile assessment app, conduct in-home assessments and interface with specialist vendors to facilitate the scoping process for our clients.
  • Create initial repair and renovation scopes adhering to quality and pricing standards to aid clients in determining renovation costs on home acquisitions.
  • Support the market Team Lead in all aspects of repair and renovation by collaborating with other market stakeholders to align goals and meet company objectives.
  • Manage the execution of repair and renovation scopes to ensure the cost-effective and timely delivery of safe and desirable homes.
  • Manage a diverse set of local contractors and vendors to execute renovation scopes and ensure compliance with national and local purchasing programs.
  • Ensure that all homes meet quality standards prior to project sign off and listing.
  • Ensure that all homes continue to meet quality standards while listed
  • Travel requirements: Travel Expected: up to [x%] of the time

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
  • Four-year Construction Science/Engineering degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in engineering, project management or construction management
  • Knowledge of basic home maintenance required
  • 3 or more years business experience required, including 1 or more years of independent project management experience in large scale or volume residential (single or multifamily) property maintenance, renovations, or new construction
