Job Responsibilities
Work Orders
- Set up conference rooms to customer request
- Set up could be for a meeting, seminar, conference, event, or social gathering
- After hours response for building from 6pm-8pm daily
60% or greater
Supplies
- Keep rooms stocked with work related items like pens, post it notes, tissue paper, markers for white board and erasures
20% - 40%
Maintenance
- Light maintenance work in rooms as needed
20% - 40%
Catering, Cleaning
- Catering set up for client requests
- May need to coordinate with janitorial on cleaning
20% - 40%
Some possible AV
- AV support, live meeting conference call support with technology
20% - 40%
- Any and all other duties and tasks assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Education/training
- HS diploma or equivalent
Years of relevant experience
- 1-3
Skills and knowledge
- Technology applications, organization skills, strong verbal skills, detail oriented, prioritizing skills, customer service, follow up
- Problem Solving, finding solutions, comfortable in fast paced environment
Other abilities
- Able to work non-standard work hours
- positive, professional, and pleasant attitude
- Works well within a cross functional team
Physical work requirements and work conditions
- Ability to bend down, pick up, lift up to 50 lbs., able to move large bulky objects, climb ladder
- Able to respond to challenging and/or last minute client requests
