Position Overview

The Autodesk Community is a global network of connected customers, partners, and employees who learn from each other, develop professional practice, and drive innovation in their respective industries. Autodesk Community programs help anyone connect, solve problems, share expertise, and realize business value.

We are looking for a Community Operations Manager's to provide steady operational support to customer-focused Community programs. This position requires a strong organizational ability to take charge of action planning leading to greater customer adoption and engagement across various Community platform capabilities working closely with the Autodesk Community global team and key stakeholders. The Autodesk Community team is a work anywhere team, this role is open to applicants globally, however this role will require a minimum of 4 hours overlap with U.S. Pacific Time working hours with flexibility on start and end hours.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively allocate time across a wide range of tasks to achieve objectives
  • Prepare and distribute various updates including operational reviews on the status of select Community programs
  • Identify operational reporting needs and dashboards to measure key results working with Community program, Product and Analytics leads
  • Identify and suggest improvements/automations to existing processes and platforms
  • Develop and sustain strong stakeholder and customer relationships
  • Actively participate in customer conversations to increase program interest leading to greater engagement
  • Collaborate with global Community team to operationalize activities and programs supporting scalability and globalization
  • Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills to proactively identify issues and log into reporting systems
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product teams and other business units, increasing Community awareness leading to greater program participation
  • Establish strong relationships with members of the Community team. Gain an understanding of country and cultural differences
  • Participate in UAT working with Community Product Management
  • Create and maintain select program process documentation



Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years' experience in supporting global initiatives
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Exceptional customer focus when delivering new projects for our customers
  • Effective at communicating new concepts
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Exceptional English writing skills in a personable yet professional tone
  • Continuously meets deadlines with a strong attention to detail / execution focused
  • Experience in hosting events, strong facilitation, presentation, and public speaking skills
  • Effectively manages stakeholders
  • Previous experience with Khoros/Lithium platform is a plus
  • Ability to travel
