This role is hybrid, based out of our Somerville, MA office, and not open to remote.

What skills do I need?
- BS Degree: CS, ME, IE, or similar preferred but not required
- The ability to bring people together and foster collective problem solving. You don’t have to have built a SaaS community before but you should be a keen observer of social dynamics and interested in building a movement.
- A demonstrated dedication to considering things from the customer’s perspective
- Aptitude to learn fast and a demonstrated ability to lead by example
- Proven ability to see problems as they exist in a front line operations environment and develop real solutions that help people do their jobs better
Bonus:
- Experience working on problems in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- A knack for tinkering. You have some comfort with APIs, SQL, Python, or similar. You probably have an old Raspberry Pi somewhere around your home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the growth and engagement strategy for the Tulip Community. You’ll be the face of Tulip Community, and act as a first-touch responder, router, content strategist, and growth manager.
- Engage with users, drive new users to sign up, lead events, and identify ways to improve the community experience for our users
- Enable and empower users to solve their problems with Tulip
- Manage a series of ongoing programs for growing the community and improving user engagement
- Represent the voice of a new user of Tulip across the many facets of the business
- Create and surface the content that a new user needs to be successful throughout their journey
- Build bridges between Tulip and our users, partnering with Product, Sales, Solutions, Marketing, Support, and others to communicate to our users, inspire them, and help them do more with our platform
- Develop, improve, and maintain dashboards to quantify the performance of your initiates
