The Role:
DailyPay is looking for a Communications Administrator for a temporary-to-permanent opportunity. The Communications Administrator is a detail oriented and coordination specialist. Reporting to the Communications Manager, the role is responsible for managing all administrative tasks for the communications team. The role is very cross-departmental with a wide range of responsibilities, helping to free up bandwidth for the communications team to execute growth.
The ideal candidate has communication and project management skills. The role requires high proficiency with communications and planning tools.

How You Will Make an Impact:
- Manage a queue of incoming requests to the communications team and coordinate accordingly
- Prepare documentation and updates on behalf of the communications team
- Support project plans with dates, dependencies
- Build out user lists for communication sends
- Take on miscellaneous tasks to support the communications team
What You Bring to The Team:
- 1-3 years experience in administrative and/or executive assistant roles
- Extremely detail oriented
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to seamlessly coordinate the efforts of a diverse range of business stakeholders
- Ability to learn quickly and manage a wide range of tasks and priorities
- Occasional need to work outside of normal business hours as required to support customers may be required
