Our work depends on talented communications and change management professionals of all levels joining our team to support Defense Health activities at San Antonio, TX, Rosslyn, VA, and remote locations.

As communications and change management specialists supporting Defense Health, you will be trusted to support a seamless transition that ensures minimal business continuity risks across all capabilities and functions, while supporting the introduction of new behaviors, culture, and ways of working. In this role, a typical day will include:

• Collaborating with Defense Health to transform healthcare delivery and outcomes
• Providing thought leadership and provide for seamless transition between current and future state program management
• Support visioning and current state analysis to help define and realize future-state goals and objectives
• Leading/supporting the planning, introduction, and adoption of a product-platform operating model
• Ensuring compliance with applicable DoD and federal regulations and instructions
• Regularly track and report on outcomes and success metrics
• Your success will be measured through the business outcomes that result from your leadership and expertise

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• Bachelors' degree
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant communications and/or change management experience
• Experience leading/supporting business and digital transformation
• Excellent communication skills with an inherent desire to collaborate with team members and customers
• Active DoD Public Trust

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience leading digital and cultural transformation in commercial and/or federal organizations
